It is the responsibility of the client to keep its password secret and secure at all times. The client will be responsible for any damage caused by unauthorised access resulting from failure to keep the password secret and secure.

Privacy

We will not share your information with other people or companies at all.

Security

We will take the reasonable steps to protect your personal details and to secure your data in storage. One tip: do not use ImagebankPro to share information that is highly confidential, use other software to do that.

Copyrights

Do not upload and store images that infringe the intellectural property of any party. Do not upload and store images that are unlawful
